Exploring Toulouse

Known as La Ville Rose for its distinctive pink terracotta architecture, Toulouse combines rich history with a vibrant cultural atmosphere. Explore the iconic Place du Capitole, walk along the Garonne River, and take in the views from the historic Pont Neuf.

Discover the Basilica of Saint-Sernin, one of Europe’s finest Romanesque churches, or experience a more modern side of the city at the Cité de l’Espace, Toulouse’s renowned space and science museum.

To experience the city like a local, visit the lively Victor Hugo Market and sample regional specialties such as cassoulet. From lively cafés and restaurants to theatres and evening bars, Toulouse offers an atmosphere that continues well beyond the exhibition halls.
